Label Framework & Production Network

Deshima Music is built on a dual-layer structure that separates long-term label responsibility from flexible production execution. Deshima Music functions as the label framework, providing continuity, structure, and responsibility for releases, rights, and overall direction.

Deshima Sessions operates as the production network, enabling decentralized, project-based collaboration with selected contributors across locations and time zones. Creative direction and final integration remain centralized, while production itself is modular, scalable, and adaptable.

How Deshima Music Operates

Deshima Music operates as a label and production framework designed to support curated projects across different formats, locations, and production environments.

Rather than operating as a traditional service model, Deshima combines centralized creative direction with a decentralized production network. This structure allows projects to scale flexibly while maintaining a coherent artistic identity and clear authorship.

Deshima Music provides the label context, organizational backbone, and long-term continuity, while Deshima Sessions functions as the active production layer. Musicians, vocalists, producers, and engineers contribute from different countries, depending on the artistic and technical requirements of each project.

Concept development, creative direction, and final integration are coordinated centrally from Braunschweig, ensuring consistency, accountability, and clarity across all releases.

Deshima Sessions · A/B Vocal & Live Session Player

A/B: Wechsle zwischen Original-Vocal (A) und bearbeiteter Vocal (B).
